Hello.

This is just a journal for my psychotic weight nonsense. I have my good days and my bad days and when I have my bad days I can be really hard on myself about even the littlest thing I eat or do. In high school I had anorexia nervosa and during college I found that wasn't the best way to go. I am left with a horrible metabolism and a wreck of a body internally because of the damage I inflicted on myself. I am now having a hard time losing weight the right way, but with help and support I am exercising 3 times a week (sometimes more) and eating things like fruits and veggies to help with a balanced diet. I don't drink milk because I am allergic to it, but I do eat eggs and other dairy products. Things like ice cream and sour cream are few and far between since they make me sick as well.

I am a BBW even if I don't always feel like it. I was a gorgeous teenager and a beautiful baby so why not also be a BBW? hehe. (bit o' ego there, kind of like bit o' honey, but more sour than sweet).
